The Revenue Agency makes available to taxpayers subject to the "Reports 2016" sector studies, a software with which it is possible to communicate any errors, anomalies or additions to the tax authorities. To access the service, you must be registered in the reserved area of ​​the Revenue Agency's telematic services.

In detail, through the program taxpayers can communicate to the Tax Administration, by preparing and sending a report, information or supporting elements relating to situations of non-congruity, non-normality or non-consistency resulting from the application of sector studies for the period of tax 2015, as well as report information or clarifications relating to the indication in the declaration of causes of inapplicability or exclusion from studies. To ensure easy and correct use of the application, sul Revenue website a compilation guide is also available to taxpayers.

Furthermore, from Wednesday 30 November the same taxpayers have available in their tax drawer the models of the sector studies presented for the 2015 tax period and the outcome relating to the same tax period of the application of the sector studies, recalculated based on the latest published Jericho software version.

Finally, the statistics of the data from sector studies, declared by taxpayers, updated to 2015, are published on the Revenue website. Now, using a simple application, users will be able to know the number of positions, the revenues or fees declared and the percentage of fair and unfair tax payers. Queries can be made by year, macro-sector and type of declaration presented or by single sector study.

The system offers, year by year, a complete overview of the audience of subjects applying sector studies. In more detail, it is possible to select the macro-sector, or even the single study, to know, among other things, the amounts of revenues or fees declared, also with reference to suitable and non-suitable subjects; the percentage of suitable and consistent with respect to the audience, the number of suitable and not suitable positions as a result of the corrections relating to the economic crisis.
