Who is David Milan
From Oaklins Italy, Milan boasts twenty years of experience in M&A transactions with a midmarket and cross-border angle. Between 2013 and 2023 he was the promoter of the “Industrial Stars of Italy 1, 2, 3 and 4” Spacs, the last of which he announced in May 2023 the business combination with Sicily By Car. He was also a co-promoter of the first Dutch Spac Dutch Stars One and the first Czech Spac Wood Spac One.
