Stellantis, 2025 salaries: Here's how much the top management team, including Tavares, Filosa, and Elkann, earned.

And the most striking fact is that, even in 2025, the manager highest paid remains former CEO Carlos Tavares, despite having left the leadership of the group in December 2024.

Tavares the highest paid: almost 12 million after his farewell

The Portuguese manager has 11.928.066 euros collected in 2025, including fringe benefits. The amount is mainly composed of a transformation incentive of just under €10 million, tied to the objectives achieved in the 2021-2025 plan, and a severance payment of €2 million, equal to the maximum allowed by the Dutch Civil Code.

In 2024 Tavares had received over 23 million euros, of which approximately €20 million is largely linked to long-term incentives. Even in 2025, despite no longer holding office, he therefore benefited from additional bonuses accrued in previous years.

Filosa under half: 5,42 million for the new CEO

The new CEO, Antonio Filosa, took office in 2025 After serving as COO for North America, he earned a total compensation of €5.424.683. The fixed salary is €1.424.359, in addition to approximately €1,5 million in long-term incentives, nearly €2 million in variable components, €374 in fringe benefits, and €192 in post-retirement benefits.

The CEO will receive an annual bonus of up to 200% of his base salary upon achieving certain objectives, in addition to additional extraordinary share-based bonuses totaling €3,6 million through 2028, again subject to the achievement of pre-established targets.

Elkann gets "only" 2 million

In the call with investors, Filosa called 2025 "a year of reset," necessary to reorganize operations and cover costs deemed essential to return to growth. "We expect a progressive improvement in 2026, which will be the year of execution," he explained, noting that in the second half of 2025, the group returned to revenue growth and that this momentum continued into the new year.

The CEO spoke about a encouraging rebound market share in Europe in January, with positive expectations also for February, and recalled that 325.000 units of “smart car” models – such as the Fiat Grande Panda, Citroën C3 and Opel Frontera – were delivered in 2025, with an 80% increase in orders on a year-on-year basis.

Management intends to turn this reset into concrete results by 2026.
