Stellantis Financial Services Italy, new Stellantis company for financing and leasing services for all the group's brands in the automotive sector, ha appointed the new top management. Julius Avenue, former country manager of FCA Bank Italia, will be the new one direttore generale and Pier Marco Alciati took over the role of Vice General Manager (position held also in Banca Psa Italia).

The goal of the new general management

The choice of the heads of the general management is the first official act which follows the birth of Stellantis Financial Services. The new top management is called to lead the Italian bank (previously called Banca Psa Italia), born from reorganization of the financing and leasing structure by Stellantis. The new company became the largest automotive finance company in Italy. The automaker's strategy, as outlined in the strategic plan Dare Forward 2030, is to better leverage its financial services businesses, with the aim of doubling its net banking income by 2030 and its intermediation margin, from 2,9 to 5,8 billion euros.

Stellantis Financial Services Italy is exclusive financial partner of all the brands of the Stellantis group (Abarth & C, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Ds Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot and Spoticar). The company will manage the brands in collaboration with Bnp Paribas Personal Finance for UK, Austria and Germany, while will cooperate with Santander Consumer Finance for the remaining European countries, including Italy.

Before this reorganization there were three financial entities and two leasing companies, for a total of five companies, which operated according to the states and the different brands that belong to the group.
