Good third quarter for the gross domestic product of the United States, which records a +4,1%. The second revision of the index was published today by the Department of Commerce and is better than the expectations of analysts, who expected a confirmation of +3,86%.

In the final review, consumer spending improved, from +1,4% to +2%, and corporate profits, from +2,1% to +2,6%.

The PCE, an important indicator of inflation, increased by 1,8% year on year, confirming the previous estimate. The core component, on the other hand, was revised to +1,4% yoy from +1,5%.
