State: only 3 out of 100 young people, Pa is always older

From the Aran analysis it emerges that the very young are a rarity: only 2,7% are under 30, less than 82 "white-collar workers", and even if we increase slightly with age, considering the under 35s, the share of office workers does not exceed 6,8% (just over 205 thousand).

State: only 3 out of 100 young people, Pa is always older

(Teleborsa) - A small tour of public offices reveals that the PA is increasingly "old". The personnel who work there, with mainly permanent contracts, are mostly over XNUMX and very few young people. This latter trend is found for the labor market as a whole in Italy.

This was revealed by the latest report by Aran, the agency that deals precisely with public employment, whose latest data refer to the year 2015 and consider around 3 million employees working in the PA.

The analysis shows that the very young are a rarity: only 2,7% are under 30, less than 82 "white-collar workers", and even if it rises slightly with age, considering the under 35s, the share of employees does not exceed 6,8% (just over 205 thousand).

The average age has exceeded 50 years, to be exact 50,4 years from the previous 44,2, but it also depends a lot on the sector in which one is employed: less for law enforcement agencies (on average 41,4 years) , more for doctors (53,1 years), managers (54,4 years), teachers (51,2 years), university professors and researchers (53,2 years).
