State, quota 100: by 30 June applications and notices

Countdown to state workers who intend to leave the labor market by 2019 through quota 100, the measure launched by the Lega-M5s government, which allows you to retire at the age of at least 62, having paid 38 years of contributions.

In fact, civil servants who want to get early retirement by the end of the year will have to apply by the end of June, at the same time giving the six months notice required by law to his own administration.

If in fact for civil servants the so-called "window" for notice is three months, for state employees the times double in order to avoid that public administrations suddenly remain "short of workers", increasing the problems that often and willingly characterize already many structures.

Anyone who does not give notice by Sunday will not be able to obtain early retirement with 100 quota in 2019, postponing everything to next year.

It should be noted that the aforementioned rules do not apply to the school staff, subject to ad hoc rules. In the sector, the release date is set for 1 September, i.e. before the start of the new school year. The application to access the 100 quota had therefore to be presented six months in advance, i.e. by 28 February.

Recall that the application for access to quota 100 must be submitted electronically on the INPS website, in the section in the section “. The request can also be forwarded through patronage, call centers or one of the other "subjects authorized to broker service requests".

To date, according to the latest data provided by INPS updated to 20 June, 150.099 applications were submitted, a far lower number than government estimates (360 for 2019). Within this number, the largest number of requests comes from employees (54.615) and public management (48.566). It is therefore probable that at the end of the year, the number of early retirements through the 100 quota will confirm a result lower than the estimates, allowing the State to save around 1,8 billion (2 billion the expected expenditure compared to the 3,8 previously estimated).
