State, CDM: green light to the contract

All that is needed to make the agreement effective is the authorization from the Court of Auditors, which should arrive within fifteen days – Average increases between 63 and 117 euros gross per month, average arrears of 492 euros.

The Council of Ministers has approved the agreement on the state contract found between the unions and Aran, the company that deals for the minister Marianna Madia. For operations, only one step remains: the scrutiny of the Court of Auditors, which is responsible for the certification of cost compatibility.

The green light should arrive within fifteen days which will allow Aran and the unions to sit down again at the table to definitively sign the agreement.

The question does not refer to all public employees, but only to those who work in ministries, tax agencies and non-economic public bodies such as INPS or ACI.

The issue of arrears also hangs over the 270 employees affected by the contract in question: from 370 euros for the lowest bracket to 712 euros for the highest bracket, with an average of 492 euros. The figures could be entered in the pay slip as early as February. The arrears are due to the fact that the renewal of the contract covers the entire three-year period 2016-201

The agreement signed before Christmas it has also drawn up the guidelines for the other sectors, from school to health, passing through the local authorities. In these, however, the times seem to be longer. To date, only the police and the armed forces appear close to reaching an agreement.
