Inaugurates in Turin Soft-in Hub, the new project dedicated to young talents and startuppers from all over Italy, launched by Soft-in, an engineering company founded 30 years ago and operating in the field of industrial automation and embedded systems for the automotive sector with cutting-edge technologies applied to infotainment and autonomous driving. A real ecosystem created to train the professionals of the future and make the most innovative ideas that will be selected concrete.
"Innovation is in the DNA of the company which has always blended skills, creativity and attention to detail to face the challenges of a constantly changing market", reads the note from Soft-in, which has thus created a structure of internal resources with specialized skills in the implementation of complex projects with a highly innovative content and, anticipating market demands, has established itself as a leader in its field of activity, collaborating with world-class car manufacturers.

Will 20 young talents and 10 startups that will be selected and included in the Soft-in Hub program, which brings together a Talent Academy and a Startup Center, supported by the professionals of the Soft-in Research and Development Center. To obtain the best possible results, all activities will be supervised and controlled in the training/innovation path by Soft-in researchers who form the "Innovation Committee". This committee, in addition to verifying the validity of the individual projects and the training course, has the task of giving input on the times to be negotiated and the objectives to be achieved so that the selected people learn about a real working environment.
The Talent Academy will have a program structured in 19 modules organized in 10 two-day meetings the one. During each meeting, the talents will have the opportunity to deal with different topics and, thanks to the interactive co-working, they will be able to immediately put the concepts learned into practice. At the end of the program, the best talents will be able to start their career within Soft-in. The Startup Center, in addition to the managerial training program, offers 360-degree support and all the tools necessary for the development and growth of innovative ideas which, once implemented, will be ferried to the reference market thanks to Soft-in's skills .
