A new competition launched by Terna, the company that manages the national electricity grid, and by Digital Magics EnergyTech, a specialized incubator program for digital startups in the energy sector. Is called Call for Innovation HRR – Human Renewable Resources and is an initiative aimed at all innovative Italian startups and SMEs operating in the HRTech and EduTech sectors.

“The objective is to identify the best services, applications, latest generation and high value-added solutions capable of innovating processes and functions to be made available to Terna's HR area”, reads the press release. “In particular, the aim is to renew the activity of recruiting, offering candidates an innovative, dynamic and interactive experience capable of attracting and selecting the best talent. Furthermore, we want to strengthen and make personnel training and development activities more effective, thanks to new methodologies and the innovation of the skills and attitudes of Terna's people”.

The 10 most promising startups and SMEs will be the protagonists of the final day of Pitch scheduled for 20 June in Terna's Roman office in Rome.

Finally, the jury - made up of Digital Magics EnergyTech, Terna and partner companies - will award the best startup or SME with 15 thousand euros and will choose the business models that will have the possibility of starting a collaboration with Terna.
