Protagonists of street food and big names in Italian and foreign gastronomy they will meet again on 5 July at the Cantalupa in Brusaporto (BG) the large specialized structure for banquets and events managed by the Cerea brothers of the three-starred "Da Vittorio" for an original gourmet appointment that returns after a three-year wait.

The “Streetfood Artists” event, now in its seventh edition, is conceived as a maze of carts, vans, banquets and gastronomic islands, where guests can move freely to taste the proposals of the best food artisans, in one tasty mix of street food and signature dishes – revisited in an unconventional key – of some of the big names in the Italian and international gastronomic scene

The novelty of this year is the entry, in the team of Artists, also of interpreters of cuisines across the border, like Luis Gaspar of Brilhante in Lisbon and Osman Serdaroglu of Terra Urla in Turkey. But the list of participants is constantly updated.

Streetfood Artists has always been synonymous with celebration, fun and above all… joy: and it is precisely for this reason that the This year's theme is dedicated to the Joy of Colors, which symbolically seals the beginning of a new renaissance in catering.

Gioia dei Colori which will manifest itself not only in the dishes offered by the streetfooders, but also in the entertainment, with the musical proposal signed by Le Incanto, the artistic performances of the Gabriele Rizzi laboratory, all under the management of the master of ceremonies Irene Colombo.

Some historical friends of the event will not be missing, just as it will not be missing either the tribute to Brescia Capital of Culture 2023, with some of the most representative names of local gastronomy.

Waiting to find out the name of the winner of the title of Streetfood Artist 2023 below (in alphabetical order) the first confirmations that on July 5th they will "challenge" each other with delicacies.
