The Dragons effect continues. The Btp-Bund spread opened further down this morning compared to yesterday's close (below the 150 points threshold): this morning the spread between Italian and German ten-year government bonds recorded another record, falling to 146 basis points, after it also reached 145 in the opening of markets.
New record also for the yield of the ten-year BTP, which yesterday had reached the record since entry into the euro at 2,95% and which today opens at 2,90%. Stock exchanges, on the other hand, are more cautious, with Piazza Affari losing half a point after yesterday's rally, due precisely to the words of the president of the ECB.
