One stop shop for productive activities: boom in practices

Between February and June 2017, compared to the same period in 2016, the number of online fulfillments carried out by entrepreneurs for starting up and running a business increased by 38%, reaching an average of 34.737 per month.

New record for the One Stop Shop for digital production activities, managed by the Municipalities in collaboration with the Chambers of Commerce, also thanks to the alliance signed between Anci and Unioncamere in April last year.

Between February and June 2017, compared to the same period of 2016, the online fulfillments carried out by entrepreneurs for starting up and running a business through the www.impresainungiorno.gov.it platform increased by 38%, reaching the number of 34.737 on average per month. The continuous updates to which the platform is subjected, the single point of access for all Suaps, managed by InfoCamere, the IT company of the chamber system also contributed to the increase.

As shown by the Unioncamere data, presented in Vicenza during the Anci annual meeting, 3.539 Municipalities have decided to make use of the Chambers of Commerce using digital services for the platform, 180 more than the signing of the Anci-Unioncamere agreement. An audience of over 2,3 million Italian companies refers to them. In six years of operation, through www.impresainungiorno.gov.it , a total of over 1 million and 100 thousand administrative procedures have passed through, with over 200 thousand visitors accessing the platform on average every month.

To enrich the range of services that the Chambers of Commerce offer to Municipalities, InfoCamere has created an App dedicated to mayors, through which they can monitor the structure and entrepreneurial dynamics in their own municipality in real time. Available for smartphones and tablets, it will allow the first citizens to always have available, quickly and concisely, statistical data - updated on a monthly basis - on registered, ceased, registered and active businesses with registered office in their municipality, to know the characteristics by legal nature and sector of belonging, to visualize its evolution by comparing it with that of the region and the entire country.

Consultation by entrepreneurs of the files presented to the SUAPs is now within reach (or rather, smartphones and tablets), thanks to the recent launch of the "entrepreneur's digital drawer", developed by the Chamber of Commerce system. It is an online platform, reachable at the address www.impresa.italia.it, with which every entrepreneur can already access the information and official documents of his company without charges: from surveys, deeds and financial statements from the Company Register up to computerized dossier and the practices presented, in fact, at the One-Stop Shops of Productive Activities.

For Anci's deputy vice president, Roberto Pella, “the agreement between Anci and Unioncamere is a milestone, on the basis of which we will build future actions for the dissemination of one-stop shops for digital production activities. Now we want to further intensify joint action by developing a program of meetings with mayors. This work also implements the indications of the Unified Conference, in which the State, Regions and Municipalities have valorised a precious digital tool for the whole country. Finally, I thank Unioncamere for making the information assets of the Business Register available to the mayors through an app. It will be a valid support to their strategic choices for the development of the territory”.

"Team play between institutions is always a positive thing for the community", underlines the general secretary of Unioncamere, Joseph Tripoli. “Thanks to the agreement with Anci, the number of Municipalities that have decided to make use of the Chambers of Commerce using the national digital platform is growing. This is an important advantage for Italian companies, which thus have at their disposal an agile, entirely digital tool and homogeneous and standardized procedures"
