Condominium expenses, from September price increases in sight for three out of four families: alarm from the administrators

For 75% of Italians the condominium fees are set to increase. Immediately or very soon. This is the alarm raised by the columns of the Sole 24 Ore, by Francesco Burrelli, the president of Anaci, which brings together the administrators of condominiums and which in Italy associates 8 thousand administrators, each of whom has in his portfolio from 50 to 100 condominiums from manage.

CONDOMINIUMS: INCREASE IMMEDIATELY BUT THE INCREASE IN EXPENSES WILL BE STRUCTURAL

"From September, an increase in condominium life is expected for 75% of Italians who live in buildings in cities and smaller municipalities" warns Burrelli who explains: "Condominium services are destined to cost more". He counts there energy storm and count the explosion ofinflation but what is worse is that the problem of price increases "is structural and will accompany us not only for next year".

The ecological and digital transitions, despite their critical issues, can become an opportunity to move on and offer condominiums better services but unfortunately the governance of the condominiums themselves does not help and sometimes it takes months if not years to reach a decision by the shareholders' meeting .

CONDOMINIUMS: A SIMPLE MAJORITY IS ENOUGH TO REPLACE AN OLD BOILER

However, good news comes for the boilers of buildings when they are obsolete and polluting. The Court of Appeal of Turin has recently issued a sentence intended to make school, according to which to replace an old one boiler of a condominium from now on the simple majority of the condominiums will suffice. Not just a novelty that will improve the life of many condominiums.
