Spaxs announces that the Banca Interprovinciale Shareholders' Meeting has appointed the new Board of Directors, which will take office by September, once the industrial combination between the two companies has become operational.
The institute's new board is made up of nine members, all non-executive with the exception of the managing director, and will remain in office for the next three years.
The same Board will also lead Illimity, the new Bank that will arise from business combination between Spaxs and Banca Interprovinciale.
Corrado Passera will be the bank's managing director and Rosalba Casiraghi will assume the position of president. The other directors are Massimo Brambilla, Giancarlo Bruno, Elena Cialliè, Robert Edward Diamond, Sigieri Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini, Alessandro Gennari, Maurizia Squinzi.
