The decline in Spanish GDP continues, but is slowing: according to estimates from the Bank of Spain, the second quarter saw a 0,1% decline compared to the previous quarter and a 1,8% decline year-on-year. In the first quarter, the decline was 0,5% quarter-on-quarter and 2% year-on-year.

According to initial estimates from the Bank of Spain, in the second quarter the Iberian country's GDP fell by 0,1% compared to the previous quarter and by 1,8% on an annual basis.
