The jobless in Spain are increasing again: in the month of August there are people looking for employment in Madrid and its surroundings reached 4,63 million, ending four consecutive months of declines. In the country of Mariano Rajoy the unemployment rate is now at 24,63%, the highest in the industrialized world.

Spain, which is the fourth largest economy in the euro area, recorded a 0,83% increase in jobless numbers (+38.179 units) in August compared to July, when on an annual basis the number of people looking for employment rose by 494.707 units (+ 11,98%).
