Il Gruppo Acea confirms its growth in ESG performance. This is what has been certified by Gaïa Rating, the French rating agency, part of the Ethifinance Group, which evaluates non-financial results and the effective integration of sustainability policies into corporate governance.

The Roman multi-utility confirms itself among the companies with the best overall performance on sustainability issues. Specifically, yes ranks 7th out of a total of 512 companies, increasing its overall performance for the third consecutive year. The summary results achieved in the four main areas of evaluation, Governance, Social, Environmental and External Stakeholders, stand out for being all above the sector averages.

Particularly positive is the recognition obtained in the environmental area with an overall score of 90/100, followed by a criterion that evaluates relationships with key stakeholders (suppliers, customers and local communities), known as External stakeholders, with a score of 79/100

This is a further acknowledgment that confirms the path taken by the company, increasingly committed to a path of sustainable growth and value shared with the local area. Finally, over the last year the multi-utility confirmed its presence in the “CDP leadership” area with an A- score.
