Sorgenia, Orlandi: yes to listing on the Stock Exchange, but now is not the time

The landing in Piazza Affari is in Sorgenia's future, but the time has not yet come. This was confirmed by the managing director of the energy company controlled by the Cir group, Massimo Orlandi: "Listing is an issue that we always look at carefully but which has never been concretely addressed - said the manager on the sidelines of the Italian Energy Summit -. Between saying and doing there is a sea in the middle, as well as some global crisis that does not make this path attractive”. In short, "it's really not the best time to go on the stock exchange", even if "we are behaving as if we were already listed".

As for Tirreno Power, a company in which Sorgenia seemed to intend to increase its stake, Orlandi underlined that the company "is doing well" and "there is therefore no reason to change things". Tirreno Power is 50% owned by Gdf-Suez and the remaining 50% by Energia Italiana, of which Sorgenia owns 78%.
