The Guardia di Finanza is acquiring documents at the Sole 24 Ore headquarters in Milan. The operation was ordered as part of the investigation into the accounts of the publishing group.
At the disposal of the deputy prosecutor Fabio De Pasquale and the prosecutor Gaetano Ruta, the Fiamme Gialle went to the headquarters in via Monterosa to collect the minutes of the Board of Directors from 2010 onwards and the internal audit of the digital copies of the paper newspaper.
"We are an open book, maximum transparency, maximum tranquility, maximum trust in the judiciary". Thus, in a note, the top management of the 24 Ore Group reiterated what they had already declared regarding the news of the opening of an investigation file on the group's accounting situation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office.
