The Board of Directors of Snam co-opted Yunpeng He to represent CDP RETI on the basis of the shareholders' agreements following the entry of State Grid Europe Limited in the shareholding structure of CDP RETI. He will remain in office until the next Assembly. The current composition of the Board of Directors continues to guarantee compliance with current legislation on gender balance.
Yunpeng He, a graduate of electrical systems and automation from Tianjin University, is Deputy Director of the European office of State Grid Corporation of China and Director of CDP RETI and Terna.
Finally, the Board of Directors, in relation to artthe acquisition of the stake held by CDP GAS in Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH (TAG), carried out the checks (pursuant to article 2343, paragraph 3 of the Civil Code) on the valuation of the investment subject to transfer to Snam made by the expert prof. Marco Lacchini and verified that there are no reasons for a revision of the estimate. Therefore, the 119 million Snam ordinary shares, subscribed by CDP GAS and issued in compliance with the resolution of the Snam Board of Directors of 17 December 2014, are no longer subject to the inalienability restriction.
