Snam made it official deposit with list Warehouse renewal of the Board of Directors and college trade union. The nominated will be on the agenda of the next assembly of the shareholders, convened for the 14 May 2025The lists were presented by Cdp Networks, which holds 31,35% of the share capital, and by a group of asset management companies and institutional investors, holding a total of 1,32727% of the capital.
Cdp Reti's candidates for the new Snam Board of Directors
For the renewal of the Board of Directors, the list presented by Cdp Reti includes: Esedra Chiacchella, Alessandro Zehentner (designated president), Agostino Scornajenchi, Qinjing Shen, Augusta Iannini and Paola Panzeri.
As regards the supervisory board, the candidates are:
- Acting mayors: Maurizio Dallocchio and Antonella Bientinesi.
- Deputy Mayors: Domenico Sapia and Antonella Carù.
The list of institutional investors
Institutional investors have proposed for the Cda: Piero Manzoni, Laura Cavatorta and Andrea Mascetti.
