Snam presents the podcast on transition and sustainability

Snam launches "Zhero - The secret of water". The project, aimed at making the public aware of the importance of environmental sustainability and scientific and technological innovation. Inspired by the children's book of the same name by Marco Alvera, Chief Executive Officer of Snam, published by Salani, the podcast is available on all major listening platforms (Spotify, Spreaker, Google Podcast, Apple Podcast) and on the group website.

This is the first podcast-fiction created by an Italian company. Three episodes narrated by Cristiana Capotondi and written by Iole Masucci, recount the adventures of three friends, Giada, Serafina and Michele, who embark on a search for Bepi, their professor who has suddenly disappeared into thin air. The professor had created a revolutionary device that could save the planet by generating clean energy.

"The story - said Cristiana Capotondi - is set in the magical and enchanted atmosphere of Venice, where the three young heroes are involved in an exciting race against time to solve a mystery on which the future of humanity depends".

The podcast was launched on the occasion of the Cop26, the United Nations conference on climate change, in order to raise public awareness of the energy transition, illustrating the environmental benefits of green hydrogen produced by electrolysis of water with renewable sources, and to encourage the study of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) among younger people, particularly among girls.

The “Zhero” podcast was produced by Sirene Records by Virginia Valsecchi and in collaboration with DOING part of Capgemini and from 30 November it will also be available in the English version.
