Snam, board appointments: CDP proposes Venier in place of Alverà. Gallo confirmed at the helm of Italgas

Surprise, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti candida Stefano Venier, current CEO of Hera, as new Snam number one in place of Marco Alverà, while confirming Paolo Gallo at the helm of Italgas. This is what emerges from the lists of candidates for the renewal of the boards of the two energy subsidiaries presented by Cassa.

For the presidency of Snam, CDP proposes Monica De Virgiliis, already present on the board of the company between 2016 and 2019.

On the other hand, the lawyer Benedetta Navarra has been proposed for the presidency of Italgas.
