Snam's Board of Directors has set the conditions for the capital increase aimed at acquiring the stake held by Cdp Gas in Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH (TAG): on the basis of the weighted average value of the official prices of Snam shares - observed in the 180 days of calendar prior to today's date – was indicated at 4,218 euros.
The Board therefore resolved to implement the capital increase with the issue of 119 million Snam ordinary shares to be subscribed by Cdp Gas, and therefore with a capital increase of Snam for 501,9 million euro (of of which 125,66 million to be charged to share capital and 376,28 million as share premium). Today Snam posted a final price of 3,978 euros (-0,8%) on the stock market.
