Snam with Crédit Agricole for the sustainability of condominiums

Crédit Agricole Italia and Tep Energy Solution (company active in energy efficiency controlled by Snam), have signed an agreement aimed at promoting energy redevelopment interventions on residential and tertiary buildings in Italy, with particular attention to condos.

Thanks to this agreement, Tep will make the energy efficiency solutions included in the program available to customers My home, while Crédit Agricole Italia will offer them the denominated loan “Flexicondominium”. The collaboration will allow customers to enjoy a complete service, from the design to the execution of the works, as well as reduced deadlines and dedicated conditions both for technical consultancy and for the disbursement of the contribution.

The interventions envisaged in the Casa Mia program, from the creation of thermal coats for building insulation, boiler redevelopment and structural consolidation, make it possible to reduce the energy costs of buildings by even half, also improving their habitability and increasing their market value by up to 10-15%.

The proposed formula aims to finance the works through the savings achieved on consumption and the one deriving from the transfer of the tax credit linked to the mechanisms Ecobonus and Sismabonus. Already in January 2019, Enel had launched its own proposal through Enel X.
