Snam bought treasury shares for 30,8 million in the last five trading sessions, i.e. between 3 and 9 March. The average unit price was 3,8303 euro, for a total value of over 30,8 million.
Since the start of the buy-back programme, launched on 7 November, Snam has purchased 72,09 million treasury shares (2,06% of the share capital), for a total outlay of 263,64 million. Considering the treasury shares already held, as at 9 March 2017 the company held 73,22 million treasury shares equal to 2,09% of the share capital.
