Luke passes is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Snam. This is learned from a note from the group, which specifies how Passa has held the role of CFO of Endesa and Head of Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia for the Enel Group, which he joined in 2015 as Head of Group Investor Relations. The new Chief Financial Officer fills the position vacated at the end of June by Alessandra Pasini: since then the position has been filled ad interim by the CEO Stefano Venier.
Who is Luca Passa
Born in 1973, Passa graduated in business administration in 1997 at the Luigi Bocconi University. He has acquired consolidated international financial experience, starting his career in London in 1998, first working for cantor fitzgerald, then as Senior Associate for Lehman Brothers and subsequently, as Managing Director for Morgan Stanley, where from 2003 to 2014 he held roles of increasing responsibility between London and Milan.
In 2014 he completed an Executive Education Program at Insead in Paris. Also in the same year he landed at Fincantieri as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Special Projects, with particular reference to M&A projects abroad, to support and promote the company's listing process.
Passa does not hold Snam shares.
