Sit, a company that produces components for gas meters and for heating, is about to make the leap to Piazza Affari, moving from Aim to Mta. Borsa Italiana has in fact given the go-ahead for the listing of Sit's ordinary shares and warrants on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, which entails the simultaneous exclusion of the financial instruments from the multilateral trading system.
The date of the transfer from the AIM to the MTA will be established by Borsa Italiana later, subject to the issue by Consob of the no impediment document for the publication of the prospectus.
In the operation, Ubi Banca acts as Sponsor.
