SIOI, Master in communication and lobbying in international relations

The Master's lessons will take place from 27 October 2017 to 6 April 2018, on Fridays from 14.00 to 17.30 and Saturdays from 09.00 to 13.00 - The Master entitles you to the recognition of training credits provided by the Order of Journalists.

The Master organized by SIOI on communication and lobbying in international relations has reached its fifth edition. The Master is designed to acquire skills in the field of communication, media and public relations in the institutional and international context. The course aims to train profiles who operate or intend to operate in the world of information and public and international communication, in lobbying activities, in the promotion of brands and services, and in connection strategies between the public and private sectors. Professional opportunities: spokesperson, public and institutional communicator, promoter of made in and corporate communication and public affairs.

Through the study of significant cases and qualified experiences, the following topics will be explored: press offices and media relations, institutional, business and international relations communication, statistical analysis and surveys, crisis communication and international peacekeeping missions, lobbying and networking within public bodies, private companies, European bodies and international agencies, PR and networking strategies, image construction and branding, relationship and performance techniques, public speaking, social media and press office 2.0, IT security, organization of events and ceremonies, television format, shooting techniques, video editing and copyright.

The Master is aimed at graduates in all disciplines, civil and military Public Administration executives and officials, embassy officials, private sector executives and officials, journalists, press officers and young professionals interested in acquiring greater skills.

The Master's lessons will start in October 2017 and end in March 2018. They will take place for 14 consecutive weeks, on Fridays from 14.00 to 17.30 and on Saturdays from 09.00 to 13.00. Two hundred total hours of training including teaching, exercises, active participation in events and drafting of the final project work. Final Project Work discussions will take place by the end of March 2018.
