Single allowance, increases arriving from 1 July 2023: here are the amounts and who is entitled to them

A July 2023 will shoot the revaluation to the inflation of the monthly amounts of theAssegno Unico intended for families with children. The new tables will enter into force on 1 July 2023 and will remain so until 30 June 2024. INPS communicates this with the circular no. 55 of 9 June 2023: here what changes for beneficiaries of the single allowance.

Single check, what changes with the revaluation?

According to the provisions of the Budget Law, the increase will take effect from next month due to the adjustment of the amounts to the change in the consumer price index for blue-collar and white-collar families, net of tobacco, (FOI) calculated by Istat . The percentage change is equal to +8,1% between the year 2022 and the year 2021.

The INPS has published on its website the tables with new levels of income revalued to inflation and the corresponding allowances, including the sums relating to allowances for the various types of households, in which there are no children.

Single allowance: new amounts from July 2023

The expected increases are proportional to the increase in family members and inversely proportional to the increase in income: in fact, the highest bracket (between 66 and 70 euros) sees the increase only if made up of at least 7 members (578,84 .XNUMX euros).

If there are households made up of disabled adults other than children, the increases start from the minimum income of 31.569 euros (52,91 euros).

The income brackets, on the other hand, decrease if both are present spouses, no children and with incapacitated relative: the minimum is just over 28 thousand euros. For higher incomes (between 59 and 66 thousand euros), the increases are triggered only if there are very large families, which have at least 6 members.

Same speech in case of single parent families, which see the increases just over 30 thousand euros.

In the case of families no children and no incapacitated relatives the increases are more contained: in the case of households with two spouses the increases start from 15 thousand euros and are almost always in double figures, going over 100 only in the case of large households, over 5 members, and low incomes.

Same speech in case of single parent families, which see the increases starting from 17 thousand euros.

And if the spouse è incapacitated the increases start again starting from a higher range, just over 28 thousand euros. The mechanism is always the same and this means that households with higher incomes, over 59 euros, will only see increases if they are numerous, i.e. with 6 or more members.
