Simest (Cdp): agreement with Assocamerestero for the growth of Italian companies on foreign markets

Simest, the company for the internationalization of companies of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (Cdp) Group, has entered into a agreement with Assocamerestero, the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad (CCIE), and Unioncamere.

The MoU aims to provide support for Italian companies in expanding into international markets.

Improve knowledge of each other's activities

With this agreement the two institutions aim to improve knowledge of each other's activities among Italian companies both nationally and internationally. It will focus on the promotion of services financial services offered by Simest and sui assistance and orientation services to foreign markets provided by the 86 Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad (CCIE) associated with Assocamerestero, operating in 63 countries.

Reduce the distance between companies and foreign markets

Simest and Assocamerestero share theobjective of bringing Italian companies closer to foreign markets. Through this agreement, they undertake to identify and support entrepreneurial projects of interest to Italian companies, providing financial assistance through Simest tools, and to monitor the evolution of joint activities and initiatives.

Promote subsidized finance instruments

The agreement also provides for the promotion of subsidized finance instruments and equity managed by Simest among Italian companies. Also expected periodic training meetings and a dedicated desk to facilitate the exchange of information on activities and initiatives to support the export and internationalization of companies.

The protocol was signed between the parties Regina Corradini D'Arienzo, CEO of Simest, e Mario Pozza, President of Assocamerestero.
