Silvia Onofri boasts a long experience in the world of luxury, which saw her grow within highly prestigious companies. Her professional career began in 2000, when she joined Bulgari as a marketing and product manager. His career gained momentum since 2008 with theentrance to Bally, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, until taking on the role of CEO for the Emea area and subsequently Chief Commercial Global Wholesale. During this period, Onofri led the brand towards international expansion, successfully facing the challenges of an ever-changing market.
In 2023, Onofri took on a new challenge as Brand President for Napapijri inside V.F. Corporation, where he led the brand's transformation, renewing its image and positioning on the market. An experience that further consolidated his leadership skills and strategic vision, elements that he now puts at the service of Miu Miu.
Onofri has a solid academic background, with a Master's degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome, and specialization courses at the London School of Economics and Greenwich University.

The group's expansion strategy includes a further development of the retail network, with a 10-15% increase in the sales area dedicated to Miu Miu in 2025. The new Spring/Summer 2025 campaign started in January, designed to consolidate its presence on the market and intercept new segments of the public.
