Silvano Toti Holding has announced the sale of over 120 million Gemina shares, equal to 8,2% of the company's ordinary capital. The transaction was carried out through accelerated bookbuilding aimed exclusively at Italian and foreign institutional investors and closed at a final price of 1,69 euro per share, for a total consideration of approximately 204 million euro.
The delivery of the securities and the payment will be settled on November 19th. The remaining 3,4% stake held by Silvano Toti in Gemina is, on the other hand, subject to a 45-day lock-up.
