Both: Intesa, Unicredit, Mps and Bnl sell 59% of the capital

The large shareholder banks of SIA have sold 59,3% of the capital of the company active in the ICT sector to Fondo Strategico Italiano, F2i SGr and Orizzonte SGR - The total value attributed to SIA is 765 million euro - Intesa and Unicredit maintain the 4% of the capital, while Mps and Bnl leave the company.

Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit, Banca Mps and Bnl have completed the sale of 59,3% of the capital of SIA to Fondo Stratiegico Italiano, F2i SGR and Orizzonte SGR. The price of the operation is around 450 million euros, for a total valuation of Sia equal to 765 million. 

The purchase profoundly changes the face of the shareholding structure, with Fondo Strategico Italiano rising to 42,3%, while F21 SGR and Orizzonte SGR rise respectively to 10,3% and 6,7%. Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit each retain 4% of the capital of SIA, while Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and BNL leave the company.
