Shell Inventa Giovani at the start in Taranto

Offer support to young people, provide high quality training and consultancy services to aspiring entrepreneurs ensuring access to the skills needed to write a business plan, as well as share best practices and develop a local and global community of young companies. These are the objectives of "Shell InventaGIOVANI", the social investment program of Shell Italia, partner of the “Tempa Rossa” Joint Venture (Total 50%, Shell 25%, Mitsui 25%), dedicated to supporting youth entrepreneurship, the first edition of which was presented in Taranto.

The initiative falls within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding relating to the compensatory measures of the "Tempa Rossa" project signed on 18 April 2018: as regards the Taranto edition presented, the program Shell InventaGIOVANI – aimed at young people in Taranto and its province – will be sponsored by the University of Bari Aldo Moro, by Confindustria Taranto and by the Port System Authority of the Ionian Sea - Port of Taranto, who have already launched successful experiences such as BaLab and FuturePort Innovation Hub.

These are the requirements to participate:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Domicile in Taranto and province

• Higher Secondary School Diploma

• Access to the program by completing a special application form on the site www.inventagiovani.it

• There is no entry selection of the participants.

In particular, in 2020 the following training and consultancy activities will be provided twice a year:
