Senate, ok to the decree on banks: the text passes to the Chamber

The Senate gave the green light to the decree in favor of the banks with 207 votes in favour, 27 against and only one abstention. The provision, modified at Palazzo Madama, now passes to the Chamber in second reading.

The decree corrects the rule on bank commissions introduced by the liberalization decree which had led to the resignation of the top management of the Abi, then come back.

The original intervention expected them to be zero bank commissions for the opening of credit lines in the event of overruns.

The decree approved today, on the other hand, resizes that rule and establishes nullity only if the provisions on transparency adopted by the Cicr are not followed

The House also approved three twin amendments of Lega, Pdl and Idv, against the advice of the government. The corrections delete paragraph 2 of article 1 which partially saved the pensions of public managers at risk of downsizing with the ceiling on their salaries.
