Segafredo tries again: listing on the Stock Exchange by 15 May

Segafredo tries again. After abandoning the listing project last autumn, the coffee group is targeting Piazza Affari, according to the indications released by Pilar Braga, member of the board of directors of the parent company Massimo Zanetti: "We thought about entering the stock exchange with the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group and we want to bring up to 30% of the capital to the market. The trial had been suspended in October on the advice of our advisors, we have now resumed it and we want to enter into the spring, by May 15th”.

Borsa objective, therefore, ever closer, "to prepare the group for the future". According to some analysts, the valorisation of Segafredo could reach one billion euros, i.e. equal to the turnover of the group, the second Italian in the sector behind Lavazza.

A group, Segafredo, which owes its fortunes above all to foreign markets: 90% of its turnover, in fact, is generated abroad. The three most important markets for the company are, in order, the United States, France and the United States.
