Convert the bond loan issued by the company in favor of investment funds, amounting to one billion euro, into shares. This is the task that the Board of Directors of Seat Pagine Gialle has entrusted to the managing director, Alberto Cappellini. The publishing company could also take the path of a capital increase of 300 million euros, with a yield of 12,5%, reserved for bondholders.
The goal is to reach an agreement by the end of October. The hypotheses are part of the overall 2,7 billion debt restructuring plan. Half an hour after the start of trading, Seat Pagine Gialle gained 0,9% in Piazza Affari, with shares trading at 0,0447 euros.
