Seat Pagine Gialle forecasts profit in 2014 and goes up on the Stock Exchange, +4,12%

At the Seat Pagine Gialle shareholders' meeting, forecasts were drawn up on the company's prospects: the objective, deemed possible, is to close 2013 with a breakeven and 2014 with a profit 4,12 euros per share – The new BoD has been elected and will remain in office for one year.

After Seat Pagine Gialle restructuring sees the light. In fact, the prospects for the future of the company, which he believes, were examined at the shareholders' meeting probable to close the 2013 budget in balance and the 2014 one in profit, with the possibility, if the net debt to Ebitda ratio falls to 2, as agreed with the creditors, to distribute dividends to the shareholders.

The repercussions of the news on the Stock Exchange were very good which, in an overall negative day for Piazza Affari, sees the Seat Pagine Gialle share rise by 4,12% at €0,0354 per share.

During the meeting, the 2011 budget was also approved, closed with a net loss of 789,8 million euros. The accounts for the first quarter of 2012 were then presented, the year for which Seat Pg's primary objective is to stabilize Ebitda in the range between 330 and 350 million euros.

In today's assembly it was elected the new BoD, made up of 9 members who will remain in office for one year. The most important of their tasks will be to convey the merger project by which Seat will incorporate Lighthouse International and which will lead the holders of Lighthouse bonds to hold 88% of the share capital.
