The Group recorded an Ebitda of 150,2 million and a net debt of 2,68 billion. For 2011, Seat expects a reduction in revenues in Italy of between 5 and 7%.

In the first six months of 2011, the Seat Pagine Gialle Group recorded revenues of 433,2 million euros, a decrease of 6,3% compared to 462,4 million in the same period last year. Ebitda is equal to 150,2 million and net debt is 2,68 billion.

The Group therefore recorded a net loss of 32,6 million, up on the -8,4 million recorded in the first six months of 2010. Operating cash flow amounted to 188,4 million euro, down compared to 199,6 million in the first half of last year.

For 2011, Seat forecasts a drop in revenues in Italy of 5-7% and an Ebitda between 365-385 million. Seat Pagine Gialle you now have to worry about restructure its debt of 2,68 billion and declared that he had approved the guidelines of the strategy for the years 2011-2013 which are "the premise of the negotiations already started with the creditors aimed at rebalancing the financial and capital structure of the company".
