Sea: from F2i the only offer for the quota of the Province of Milan

For the 14,5% stake in Sea held by the Province of Milan, only one offer came from F2i – the proposal from the infrastructure fund was 147 million euro against the 160 million of the starting price.

Sea: from F2i the only offer for the quota of the Province of Milan

It was only one the offer received for the 14,6% stake held by the Province of Milan in SEA. Despite an auction base set at 160 million euros, the offer in question, which came from F2i, was equal to 147 million euros.

The Province of Milan, which needs 90 million euros within the year in order not to breach the Stability Pact, will evaluate the proposal of F2i (already a shareholder of the airport company) in the board of directors of Asam, the holding company of Palazzo Isimbardi which holds the share of Sea.
