Sea, in Gamberale (F2i) 30% with thrills. The Indians present their offer 10 minutes late

Vito Gamberale's F2i fund wins 28,75% of Sea (the company that manages the Malpensa and Linate airports) at the auction of the Municipality of Milan, but the Indians of Srei protest: their offer arrived 10 minutes after the expected deadline

After the Neapolitan Capodichino airport, Vito Gamberale's old fox won 2% of Sea, the municipal company of Malpensa and Linate airports, with the F28,75i fund. Cost: 385 million plus one euro. But there is a mystery: the Indians of the Srei fund are protesting that they have been excluded from the auction called by the Municipality of Milan, but their offer was presented 10 minutes after the deadline. The Indian offer was 40 million higher than Gamberale's but it arrived out of time.
With the sale of a third of the Sea, the Municipality of Milan saves the budget and avoids bankruptcy.
