Goodbye "to the odious precariousness" of the school world. In the letter written to the newly hired teachers of Phase C of the Buona Scuola, Premier Renzi congratulates the teachers: "We have treasured the many criticisms received, but we have kept our word: you are now to all intents and purposes a permanent teacher ”

School, Renzi writes to teachers hired with phase C: "It is the end of the odious precariousness"

49 teachers received the recruitment proposal as part of the third and final phase of the recruitment plan envisaged by the Buona Scuola. And it is to them that the prime minister addresses himself Matteo Renzi who, through a letter sent a few hours ago, congratulates the teachers placed in the role that after years and years can finally say goodbye to the "hateful precariousness": "DEAR Professor, kind Professor, Thank you for accepting the proposal that the Ministry made to you yesterday. Welcome to the community of women and men who work indefinitely for the state. I wish you all the best, in my personal name and in the name of the whole Government”.

The Premier speaks of the anger and frustration suffered over the last few years, of the obligation to change institutions annually due to the by now famous substitute teacher who gripped the world of school, of transfers, "I know how much for many of you all this has been experienced as a profound injustice: after all, it is impossible to appreciate a state that makes the most important job, that of a teacher, precarious. "

At 16 yesterday afternoon, the ministerial brains ran the algorithm that decides the fate of thousands of Italian families, assigning the role and the provinces of destination to the precarious ones of the provincial rankings until exhaustion and to the suitable ones of the last competition . Unlike what happened during Phase B, when about 7 teachers out of 9 were forced to leave home to move to the province of destination, this time the Miur foresees a territorial mobility between 10 and 15%. Teachers who have received the proposal will have ten days to accept it, until 16.00 on 20 November.

After the congratulations, the Prime Minister illustrates the successes of the reform launched last July: “Things have changed – adds Renzi in his letter -. With the Good School we have first of all put more money into education, more money for teachers, more teachers for our children against the unbearable philosophy of henhouse classes. AND with the Buona Scuola we have also put an end to the scandalous way in which they have treated you in recent years.”

At this point the recruitment plan can be considered concluded. In total there are about 88 thousand teachers who have received a professorship compared to the 103 thousand provided for by law n.107. All the others will be hired as part of the maxi competition scheduled for next year, the announcement for which will be published by the end of November.

In conclusion, the Premier also removes a few pebbles from his shoe: “We've taken criticism, insults, offenses, but now we're here. They asked us to stop, telling many falsehoods such as those who said that the recruitments would still take place in the name of an alleged European sentence. Not so, of course. If we had blocked the path of the Good School - continues Renzi - today we would have returned to year zero. We treasured the many criticisms received, but we kept our word: She is now to all intents and purposes a permanent teacher. You have finally "entered the role". Congratulations!"
