Today transport at risk in the capital. Buses, trams, subways and railways will be involved in the double strike called by Sul. A 24-hour strike will affect the bus and tram drivers of the urban and peripheral services of Rome Tpl and the Cotri Consortium. Difficulties are also expected on the Rome-Lido, Termini-Giardinetti and Rome-Viterbo railway lines.

During the abstention, compliance with the guarantee bands is envisaged. Therefore, the buses will remain stationary from 8.30 to 17 and from 20 at the end of the service. During the night, possible inconvenience on the 27 night bus connections. The second 4-hour strike, from 8.30 to 12.30, will concern only Atac employees, drivers and train drivers. For workers and employees, abstention from work is two hours at the end of the shift.

“On the occasion of the strike – says the city councilor for Mobility, Maria Spena – the gates of the daytime Ztl Centro Storico and Trastevere will not be active. Access will therefore be free, in order to facilitate travel around the city and limit inconvenience as much as possible".
