Transport strike: Black Monday in Rome, Milan, Naples and Turin

Complicated Monday for those who use public transport and for traffic in general. The 24-hour strike called by the OS Fast-Confsal union will block public transport on a local basis in the major Italian cities in various ways today. This is the third unrest in three weeks for public transport employees.

A Roma, the main inconvenience comes from the closure of metro A, while line B carries out regular service. Atac services are guaranteed from the beginning of the service until 8.30 and then from 17 to 20. The Rome-Lido is active with reduced services. The Termini-Giardinetti railway is active with reduced journeys. Possible cancellations of journeys and lines on the entire network. In the capital there is a traffic alarm.

The situation is calmer a Milano, where the ATM informs via Twitter that the surface vehicles and the underground circulate without problems. The only slowdowns are reported on the yellow line M3.

A Torino the Gtt ensures the guaranteed service, on the urban and suburban lines, from 6 to 9 and from 12 to 15, while in Napoli the slots guaranteed by Anm are 5.30-8.50 and 17-20.
