The note released today by the Authority reads that the right to strike, precisely in order to be exercised effectively, "is subject to certain limitations: such are, for example, the rules on notice, the duration of abstention, the guarantee of performance of a minimum service and night slots . Therefore it could not be considered legitimate a total block of service“. In the continuation of the note, the Strike Guarantee Authority, which in recent days has also sent a note to the claimants inviting them to follow all the legal measures protection of citizens, has also declared itself "available to propose itself as a venue for mediation and discussion" between the parties involved, with the intention of reaching a shared resolution of the matter.
