The unions return to protest over the failure to convene the employers' parties on the renewal of the national collective agreement and the improvement of working conditions - Here are the times of the strike and the guarantee periods

Bus, metro and tram strike: 25-hour stop on Friday 24 February. Guarantee times and bands

New national strike of local public transport arriving. After the stop of buses, metro and trams for 4 hours on 14 January, there is a new stop, this time for 24 hours. The new protest was called in a distinct manner by trade unions (Cgil, Cisl, Uil, Faisa Cisal and Ugl). Public transport throughout the national territory will therefore be at risk on Friday 25 February 2022,

The acronyms once again protest for "the renewal of the national collective labor agreement for rail and tramway traffic and "for the improvement of working conditions, both regulatory and wages" for all local public transport workers, given that the companies in the sector, represented by the employers' associations Asstra, Agens and Anav "have not demonstrated the willingness to proceed with a summons to identify a concrete and decisive path, a clear sign of the willingness to postpone the solution of the dispute and the confrontation for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement as much as possible" , the trade union organizations denounced.

Considering the continuation of this stalemate and in consideration of the huge public resources already allocated for the sector, the national secretariats are requesting the intervention of the institutions concerned, starting with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, also "to bind a part of the same resources to renewal of the collective bargaining agreement, a right that can no longer be postponed for all workers in the sector".
