Eni will comply with the acceleration of the separation of Snam in accordance with the provisions of an amendment to the liberalization decree. The new text sets the time frame for the ownership demerger of the parent company Eni from Snam to 18 months instead of 24. “I imagined 24 months – said the managing director, Paolo scaroni – instead they are 18.
