Infront scandal: does the deal between Milan and Mr Bee blow up?

Tax lawyer Andrea Baroni ended up in handcuffs on Friday, accused of money laundering as part of the investigation into Infront and Serie A TV rights, and Baroni is not a random name: he was among the consultants of Bee Taechaubol, the broker pledged to find the monumental sum of 480 million offered to Berlusconi in and around China.

Infront scandal: does the deal between Milan and Mr Bee blow up?

He risks complicating the deal between AC Milan and the Thai broker Mr Bee, to which Silvio Berlusconi is handing over half of the shares of the best-known Italian football club abroad. In fact, on Friday the tax expert Andrea Baroni ended up in handcuffs, accused of money laundering as part of the investigation into Infront and Serie A TV rights, and Baroni is not a random name: he was among the consultants of Bee Taechaubol, the broker who undertook to find the monumental sum of 480 million offered to Berlusconi.

Is it true, as is also whispered in the circles close to the Milanese courthouse, that the operation is in danger of being definitively wrecked? Is the closing which, between missed deadlines and extensions granted without a shred of penalty, already suffered worrying delays, now destined to be canceled?

If this were really the case, that is, if the 480 million vanished into thin air, the logically there would be two explanations: either the potential investors – how many, which and from where is never known – would have decided to back out because they were frightened by the activism of the judiciary and the media distrust, or they would find support for the suspicions advanced by some on the opacity of the entire operation , between incredible coincidences and hyperbolic values.
